Gary has known the O'Donnell family for many years.  Christopher mentioned to Gary a desire to have a panel made for a north facing window in a house he was renovating for his family.  It was necessary for the panel to fit into a lite in the upper sash of a window, and because of northern exposure, it was best to use light colors. 

What you see is light colors in waterglass, a brilliant red, some bronze, and a very light amber cathedral glass.  The panel is done in lead with a zinc border.  The inscription, reverse acid etched on plain glass, is "in hoc signo vinces."
